Coach Marks talks about Volleyball's 3-0 win over Arcadia (37 seconds)
READING, Pa. - In another crucial Commonwealth Conference match the Albright volleyball team made quick work of their conference rival Arcadia University, defeating them in three straight games Tuesday evening in the Bollman Center.
Albright (6-10/2-2 CC), who swept their MAC Crossover tournament on Saturday continued their winning ways defeating the Knights (7-11/0-4 CC) 25-18, 25-11, and 25-9.
As a whole the Lady Lions were solid on both sides of the ball. Offensively, they finished the night with a .283 attack percentage, and drove home a combined 39 kills respectively. #
Danielle Ozment# scored a match-high nine kills on 30 attempts and was charged with only four errors to close out the night with .167 attack percentage. #
Laura van Bendegem# and #
Alyssa Hoogendoorn# were right behind her as both players totaled eight kills in the conference match.

Lauren Higgins# was consistent through all three games totaling 26 assists, while also scoring one ace. Also having a lights out match was #
Kelly Nicodemus# whose serve could not be touched as the senior totaled five aces.
Defensively, it was Ozment and #
Casey McFadden# who led the way in the digs column combining for 21 digs respectively. Freshman #
Morgan Heath# put up eight digs to finish third on the team.
Volleyball returns to action on Friday when they take on Rowan University and Susquehanna University as part of the Susquehanna University Hampton Inn Crusader Classic. The Lions will take on Rowan at 4 p.m. and Susquehanna at 6 p.m.
