ANNVILLE, Pa. – Through three straight sets the Lady Lions (3-10/1-2 Commonwealth) went toe-to-toe with two-time defending conference tournament champs, Lebanon Valley College (11-4/3-0 CC). Unfortunately, the host Dutchmen were able to pull out the 3-0 victory as they defeated the red and white 25-21, 25-19, and 25-23 Wednesday evening in LVC Gymnasium.
Fueling the Lebanon Valley to their third straight conference win was Emily Hopkins, who drove home 14 kills on 32 attempts. For the Lions senior #
Danielle Ozment# recorded a team-best 12 kills in the match on 36 attempts, and was charged with only five errors.

Morgan Heath# scored a team-high two service aces. Defensively, two Lions finished in double-figures in digs with Ozment and #
Kelly Nicodemus# each tallying 11 digs.

Alyssa Hoogendoorn# was one of three Albright players to record two block assists, with Ozment and Heath also scoring one solo block.
Volleyball returns to action this Saturday when they face King's College and Misericordia University in the MAC Crossover Tournament at Lycoming College. Albright will face Misericordia at 10 a.m. and King's at 1 p.m.
