A thrilling third set would not end until

Consecutive aces from
Gina Page soon tied the game up however.

The Lions had run away with game one, as two Mantz kills gave them an early 10-4 lead and forced DVC to call timeout. Another Mantz service ace stretched the gap to 20-10 as Albright cruised in the opener.
Delaware Valley answered right back in game two. A dig from Gibson dropped over the net and into the Aggies' court to keep the Lions down five at 20-15, but
Janel Gluch soon ended it on a solo block.
The fourth and final set was close early, until another run of aces gave Albright some separation. Greth served one up for a 15-12 lead and Blimline's attempt died off the top of the netting and dropped in to make it 19-13. Mantz then delivered another ace for a 22-15 Lion lead.
Albright improves to 9-11 overall and will travel to Hood College on Wednesday.
