COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Seniors Amanda Osterlind and Lauren Cormier and the Albright 200-yard freestyle relay each claimed victories on Wednesday, but the Lions women's swim team dropped a 120-80 dual-meet decision to Ursinus.

The loss is the first of the year for Albright and drops its record to 3-1 on the season.

Osterlind, the reigning Middle Atlantic Conference Swimmer of the Week, captured the 1000-yard freestyle event in a time of 10:58.95.
 
Cormier won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:15.81, while the team of Osterlind, Liz Muller, Adina Gaughran and Kaitlyn Huizing finished first in the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:46.95.

Huizing also recorded a second-place finish for Albright in the 100-yard backstroke as she touched the wall in 1:03.50.

Osterlind and Lily Ritter posted second-place finishes for the Lions. Osterlind was second in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:27.15 and Ritter was second in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:17.70.
