READING, Pa. -- Madeline Hudson and Christine Allison each posted second-place finishes, but the Albright women's swimming team lost to Messiah 205-56 on Saturday in the Albright Natatorium.

Hudson posted a second-place finish in the 1000 freestyle, while Allison placed second overall in the 50 freestyle. Hudson earned her second-place finish with a time of 11:55.78 in the 1000 free and Allison posted a time of 27.08 in the 50 freestyle.

Hudson and Allison also swam legs on the Lions 400 freestyle relay team that finished second overall. The team of Allison, Hudson, Dayne Martin and Hannah Schrock placed second in 3:59.31.

Hudson also recorded a third-place finish in the 200 breaststroke in a time of 2:52.60 and placed fourth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.18.

The Lions 400 medley relay team of Julia Barry, Lily Ritter, Sam Hand and Allison placed third with a time of 4:33.34.
