READING, Pa. – The Albright women's swimming team opened their 2021-22 season up with a 95.5-57.5 dual-meet victory over Lycoming at the Natatorium on Saturday afternoon.
The women's team claimed six individual events and one relay event. Junior
Megan Misurelli and senior
Alaina Ricci led the Lions with two individuals wins each. Misurelli placed first in the 200 and 500 freestyle events while Ricci placed first in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Sophomore
Morgan Stuhltrager added an individual win in the 200 IM while first-year Cami Griffith tied for first place in the 50 freestyle.
Albright also placed first in the 200 freestyle relay comprised of: Misurelli, senior
Amantle Mogara, senior
Violet Shattuck, and first-year Bella Dipisa with a time of 2:06.93.
