READING, Pa. – The Albright women's swim team was defeated 104-82 against Hood at the Natatorium on Saturday. Prior to the meet, Albright honored the dedication and commitments of their graduating seniors.
Despite the loss, the Lions claimed five individual events and one relay event on the women's side. Junior
Megan Misurelli led Albright with two individual wins in the 1000 free (11:25.58) and the 500 free (5:36.06). Sophomore
Laurel Gingrich claimed the 50 free event (25.97) while classmate
Morgan Stuhltrager finished first in the 200 IM (2:24.64). Senior
Rachel Nye rounded out the individual victories in the 100 breast event (1:18.53).
The 200 medley relay consisting of Ricci, Stuhltrager, first-year
Camille Griffith, and Gingrich earned first place with a time of 1:59.71.
