READING, Pa. – The Albright men's track and field team had a strong showing at the Alvernia Winter Invitational on Saturday.
Sophomore
John Villano led the field events as he matched a personal best high jump with 1.85 meters to place fourth. Villano also qualified for the MAC Championships in the long jump with 5.87 meters. First-year
Michael Maley followed in the long jump with a personal best 5.31 meters.
First-year
Antonio Bargiel posted a personal best in the shot put to qualify for MACs as well. Classmate
Dominick Magalhaes followed with 9.35 meters while junior
Darius Truesdale recorded a personal best 8.63 meters.
Senior
Jade Harris qualified for the MAC Championships in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.96.

Yaniv Gonyoe recorded a personal best in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.53. First-year

Conner Miller each posted personal bests in the 1 mile and 800-meter runs. Senior

Taequon Overton (27.51) both ran a personal best in the 200-meter dash.
