YORK, PA. - The Albright College swimming team wrapped up an outstanding MAC Championships capped off by Gingrich's gold in the 100 freestyle on Sunday night. 

DAY 4 FINALS RESULTS

Already having won the 200 freestyle Gingrich decided that would not be enough. After placing  third in the prelims, Gingrich knew exactly what she needed to do in the 100 finals and did just that. 

With a time of 52.29 in the 100 freestyle Gingrich bested the field and took home the gold in the process. 

In addition, Megan Misurelli added another podium finish to her resume this time in the 1650 Freestyle. Misurelli raced to the finish line completing the swim with an impressive time of 52.29. 

In all, the Albright women's swimming team swam nine finals events and placed a swimmer on the podium in all nine.
