BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Albright men's swimming team returned to the pool for the first time in the new year squaring off against Moravian University. The Lions returned to the pool in impressive fashion winning today's meet 49-11.

After hosting their annual alumni meet last weekend, the Lions officially returned to the pool for the first time since November 17-19 at the York Invitational.
Anthony Laite won the 500 and 1000-yard freestyle. Laite was fantastic in both events helping Albright to victory. Laite won the 500 with a time of 5:08.13. The time was 12 seconds faster than the competition. In the 1000-yard freestyle Laite won the event by nearly 10 seconds with a time of 10:43.91.
Brenden Stuhltrager participated in the 50 and 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard butterfly winning each event. The first-year swimmer is having a great year and today was no different. Stuhltrager won the 500 with a time of 22.26, the 200 with a time of 1:52.35 and the 100 fly with a time of 55.67.
Up Next:
Albright will have a couple weeks off before returning to action against Messiah on Saturday, February 3. The meet against Messiah is set for a 1:00 p.m. start time.
