rd edition of the Rajah Shrine Pretzel Bowl.

73rd RAJAH SHRINE PRETZEL BOWL
The Rajah Shriners have helped treat children struggling with orthopedic problems, burns and spinal cord injuries for more than 75 years. Tickets will be $5.00 with proceeds being donated to Shriner's Hospitals. Both teams will have a Pretzel Bowl MVP announced after the game's conclusion. The Lions will be looking for their first Pretzel Bowl victory since the 2017 season.
ABOUT ALBRIGHT
Saturday's game will mark the third home game of the season for the Lions as well as their 12
th game against the Cougars in school history.
The Lions through four games have begun to find an identity on offense as well as maintaining a tough defense that has recorded five turnovers in four games.
Chase Roberts is coming off a 337 yard performance which included a 78-yard touchdown pass to
Alden Stickler. Stickler's huge day against Eastern propelled him to 10
th in receiving yards for the MAC.
John Boston continues to impress in his first collegiate season and recorded 129 total yards of offense. Boston's eight catches against Eastern were a career high. Boston's 257 yards on the ground is good for ninth in the conference.
In addition to their running game the Lions defense has recorded eight sacks this season with
Terrell Bartee registering a team high of three.
Angelo Hernandez recorded his first interception of the season in the team's last game and his third on the team in tackles.
ABOUT MISERICORDIA
Saturday's game will mark the third road game of the season for the Cougars this season. They come to Albright following a 13-0 loss to Delaware Valley.
Misericordia's offense is centered around sophomore quarterback Jacob Hunter. Through four games, Hunter leads the team in both passing and rushing yards and has accounted for three touchdowns. Shafeeq Frazier is the team's feature running back and is second on the team in rushing yards while averaging 5.6 yards per carry.
Junior defensive back Lamontae Wilson leads the way for the tough Cougars secondary and has recorded two interceptions to go along with three pass breakups, both of which are team highs.
