READING, Pa. – John Villano took home third place in the high jump on day two of the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Villano achieved the third-place finish clearing the bar at a height of 6'2.25''. The medal performance for Villano was the first time an Albright Lion has medaled at the Indoor Championships since 2018.
FULL DAY TWO RESULTS
Villano saved his best performance of the season for championships earning a season best jump of 6'2.25''. The bronze medal for Villano marks the first podium finish of the seniors' indoor career.
Alden Stickler nearly earned a podium finish in the triple jump finishing in ninth place. Stickler, competing in his first championships, reached a distance of42'9.50'' in a solid performance.

Christian Jusino is coming off a record setting performance breaking the school record last time out. The throw was good enough to earn a spot in today's MAC Track & Field
Indoor Championships. Jusino finished 10
th today in the event with a best throw of 14.40m.
Alden Stickler and
Michael Maley competed in their first Indoor MAC Track & Field Championships this afternoon in the long jump. Stickler reached a distance of 5.86m while Maley finished just behind Stickler earning a mark of 5.82m.
Beyah Rembert was in action in the 60m dash and ran to a tune of 7.31 in the event.
