READING, Pa. – Volleyball (4-15, 1-3 MAC Commonwealth) remained at home following a five-day break to take on Hood (5-16, 1-3 MAC Commonwealth) in their fifth conference game of the season. The visiting Blazers would go on to sweep the Lions 3-0. 
 
Neve Straff led the Lions with eight points in the form of four kills to go along with three service aces and 18 total attacks. The Junior continues to inch closer to 200 points and will look to surpass that mark for the third time in as many seasons. 
 
The Lions began to find their stride in the second set which included a pair of 4-0 runs in a back-and-forth affair that would wind up in overtime before the Blazers would end up winning the set by a score of 27-25. 
 
Korrine Tillery finished second on the team with five points and tied for the team lead in blocks with four. The First-Year player also recorded three kills on the day. 
 
Tying for second with a pair of assisted blocks was Valouria James who also set up her teammates with a team high seven assists.
