Football to Host Senior Day against Lebanon Valley

The Lions will face Lebanon Valley College in their final game of the 2025 season.

READING, Pa. – This Saturday Albright football will conclude their regular season against the Lebanon Valley Dutchmen. The game will also serve as the team's senior day. The Lions enter this matchup 62-38-3 all time vs the Dutchmen.

ABOUT ALBRIGHT

The Lions are coming off a defensive duel against the Stevenson Mustangs (17-7) and will look to break a four-game losing streak against the Dutchmen. 
 
Arthur Poindexter is closing in on a potential triple crown in what has been a phenomenal breakout season for the sophomore. Poindexter has 21 more receptions (67), 367 more yards (930), and two more touchdowns (9) than all other MAC receivers. After a strong performance against Stevenson, Alden Stickler has jumped into the number two spot for conference receiving yards behind Poindexter and will end the season with a new career high in receiving yards. Both players surpassed the 1,000 career receiving yards mark last week. 
 
Albright's defense will look to finish in the top five for points allowed and currently ranks second behind only Eastern inn yards per game allowed (287.2). Samuel Moratori and Darien Osmun both rank in the top 10 among MAC defenders for total tackles. Thew two have also combined for five sacks and have proven to be reliable and versatile weapons for Mark Fetterman's unit. 

ABOUT LEBANON VALLEY
 
Lebanon Valley enters this week's contest following a 38-7 victory over Alvernia to break a two-game losing streak. The Dutchmen will need a win this week and help around the MAC to qualfiy for the MAC Centennial bowl series. 
 
The Dutchmen's offense is a run first unit led by Senior running back Dion Bryant who is averaging over six yards a carry for 802 yards and seven touchdowns. Quarterback Logan Klitsch has put together 471 rushing yards and five scores on the ground as well. Alex Vassallo and Adam Acker are tied for the team lead in touchdown catches with three apiece. 
 
Junior defensive end Sheadan Makosy sets the tone for the Lebanon Valley defense with a team best four sacks in addition to 24 total tackles. The Dutchmen have recorded 11 interceptions in nine games with Carter Foust having a team high of four and is one of three players with multiple interceptions on the year.
