LANCASTER, Pa. – Men's track and field had a solid day overall on the track and in the field this afternoon competing on the second day of the two day Millersville Metrics meet.
RESULTS
Dominick Magalhaes turned in a season best effort in the javelin. Magalhaes reached a distance of 43.56m missing the MAC standard by a mere two meters.
Jordan Patton also set a new personal best this afternoon competing in the 1500m race. Patton ran to a tune of 5:03.82 rounding out a strong day on the track for Patton.
Ravone Edwards was strong in the 400m dash turning in a time of 54.13. The time was good for a new personal best for Edwards.
Tyier Rauf participated in his first event as an Albright Lion competing in the discuss. Rauch reached a distance of 27.27m in the event. Rauch returned to the field events today competing in the shot put marking a successful day overall for Rauch.
Fabion Ruffin nearly turned a MAC Standard mark in the long jump reaching a distance of 5.68m. Ruffin competed in his second event of the day in the high jump faring well in the event overall.

The Lions will next be in action at the Messiah Invitational next Friday, April 11. The meet will get underway at 12pm.
