READING, Pa. – Three members of the women's lacrosse team earned the opportunity to play lacrosse abroad in Japan while growing the game they love.

Zoe Dicks, and Kalia Clark represented Albright College and the women's lacrosse program in Japan through the Beyond Sports organization this past June.
Beyond Sports was founded in 2010. Their mission is to provide athletes with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to take their sport abroad while immersing themselves in new cultures. Beyond sports selects the top collegiate women's lacrosse players around the country with spots being offered through invitation only.
"During this trip we've had the opportunity to play internationally with teams across Japan as well as teaching the youth here as the sport develops. Being able to play lacrosse here is such a blessing as we get to experience new rules and see how the game is played around the world." Said rising senior

Over the course of the 10-day trip, the quartet of Lions were had the opportunity to practice with different lacrosse players from around the world, teach Japanese youth the game of lacrosse and played in three exhibition games while there.
