READING, Pa. – Following comfortable wins in their first two games, Albright Football is set to battle Delaware Valley in the later of back-to-back road games. The pair of road games since Gallaudet will be the only time the Lions are away for consecutive weeks this season.

ABOUT ALBRIGHT
The Lions are coming off a 30-17 victory in their conference debut against FDU-Florham. Through a pair of games, Albright is averaging the most point scored (37) and second fewest allowed (12) out of all MAC teams.
Chase Roberts has thrown for a MAC best 615 yards and five touchdowns with an efficiency rating of 168.1 efficiency rating which ranks second amongst MAC quarterbacks.
Kadan Smith and
Shayde Shultz continue to serve as impact players alongside Roberts and rank second and third respectively in all-purpose yards across the conference.
Logan Rothberg continues to establish himself as a more than reliable option and is coming off a 104-yard performance with a pair of touchdown catches.
All systems have been a go for the Lions defense as the team became the first in the MAC with double digit sacks (12) this season. Nasir ward leads the conference with four sacks while
Darien Osmun sits tied with numerous players at third with a pair of his own. The stellar play from the Lions' defense has held their opponents to a third down conversion rate of only 27.6% while surrendering only one fourth down conversion on six attempts.
ABOUT DELAWARE VALLEY
Bill Zwaan sits at the helm for Delaware Valley after being hired in January of 2026. Zwaan serves as the 33
rd head coach in the program's history after spending over a decade at Division II West Chester. The Aggies are coming off a 18-17 conference victory over Lebanon Valley and will be playing at home for the first time this season.
Despite only averaging 16 points per game, the Aggies lack no offensive fire power and rank third in the conference with 356.5 yards per game. Justin Brown can be expected to serve as a focal point Saturday and ranks second in the conference with 224 rushing yards. Joel Perez serves as the primary pass catcher and has registered 10 receptions for 133 yards through a pair of games.
Delaware Valley's defense enters this matchup allowing only 17 points per game and a MAC fewest 218 yards per game. Thomas Arcaroli and Wyatt Younes are tied for the team lead in tackles with 10 while Kimir Stephenson has recorded two interceptions in as many games.
