Lions Rally Past Harrisburg in Second Half

Box Score

After trailing at halftime, the Albright College men's soccer team rallied with three second half goals to beat host Penn State-Harrisburg on Wednesday.

Junior Shawn Murphy led the way with a goal and an assist, while classmate Tyler Waters also scored.

Freshman Kris Gross moved up top from defense at halftime, and took just 27 seconds to strike, off Murphy's assist.

Waters gave Albright the lead in the 62nd minute, and Murphy soon added an insurance goal from the penalty spot.

The Lions actually technically scored all four goals in the game, after an own goal that gave Harrisburg a 1-0 lead, just minutes before halftime.

The Lions are 3-2 and will travel to Lancaster Bible College on Friday.
