Rookie Amanda Smith filled the box score again with three goals, one assist, seven draw controls and two caused turnovers. Sophomore Meghan Wilson had two goals, one assist, three ground balls and five draw controls; Tori Meyer also scored twice.

The Lions led 11-4 at the half, after taking a 4-0 lead. Meyer opened the scoring, with a free position shot from dead center.

Smith made it 2-0, and Rohrbach stripped the King's goalie and scored for a 3-0 advantage. The Lions scored their fourth when Wilson bounced a shot in.

Alexandra Barber got King's on the board with a free position shot, but Smith won the draw and fed Roman to restore a four-goal Lion advantage.

Krystina Villareal tallied twice in 30 seconds for the Monarchs, cutting the gap to 5-3. Smith answered for Albright with a free position goal.

With 9:10 to go in the first half, Rohrbach hit the crossbar on a free-position attempt. Wilson gave the Lions an 8-3 lead, and Smith later scored following a foul for a 9-4 scoreline.

Farrell tallied in the first minute of the second half, off Rohrbach's pass. Rohrbach then scored herself to push Albright's lead to 13-4.

Farrell had a free position attempt saved, but Rebecca Sartorio soon gave Albright a 10-goal lead with 24:22 left to play. Kiersten Keehn saved Villareal from point-blank range to preserve that advantage.

King's goalie Alisa Marino also made a nice save, stopped Smith up high midway through the second half.

Freshmen Rebecca Roman and Nicole Klusewitz were the other goal scorers for Albright, who will play next at Muhlenberg on Wednesday.
