Stevenson pushed its lead to 8-1 before
Kyle McCabe recorded an unassisted tally early in the second quarter. Potter assisted
Justin Brown to make it 11-2, but the Mustangs scored twice in the final 42 seconds of the half to stretch their lead at the break.
Holston was on the board three times in the second half, including two more assists from Potter. The other feed came from rookie
Matthew Lomady.
This was Albright's second game against a nationally-ranked opponent this season, following a loss to #1 SUNY- Cortland. The Lions face another top-20 team on Wednesday, when they host #18 Widener in a rematch of the 2012 Commonwealth championship game.
Albright is 9-2, 3-1 on the season, while Stevenson moves to 12-2, 5-0.
