The Albright College women's lacrosse team will host its first-ever Youth Night on Thursday, and all Berks County youth clubs are invited to attend this free event.
The Lions take on Lycoming at 4:30 p.m. in a must-win game to keep their Commonwealth playoff hopes alive.
Youth lacrosse players will have the opportunity to take pictures on the field at halftime with the Albright Lion, and to meet the team after the game for autographs and photos.
After the conclusion of the Albright-Lycoming game, a county-wide youth photo will be taken on the field.
Stick around after the Lions' contest as Wilson takes on Wyomissing in local high school action at 7 p.m. in Shirk Stadium. Albright sophomores
Lexi Garapola and
Katie Johnson are both Wyomissing High School alums.
Admission is free for the games, and Albright Lacrosse t-shirts will be on sale for just $10. There will also be more information about Albright lacrosse summer camps available at the stadium.
