READING, Pa. – The Albright Lions women's lacrosse team will travel to face the Lebanon Valley Dutchmen in the semifinals of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth Women's Lacrosse Tournament on Wednesday, May 2nd, at 7 p.m.
Tickets: The MAC mandates the prices for adults at $5, senior citizens at $4, Students (with valid ID) and children $2, and for children under 6 with an adult are free. All tickets can be purchased at the gate.

MAC Commonwealth Tournament: Albright is the No. 3 seed in the tournament and faces the No. 2 seed Lebanon Valley. No. 1 seed Messiah will host No. on Wednesday at 4 p.m. The winners of the semifinal matchups will play in the championship game on Saturday at the highest remaining seed.
Records: Albright enters the tournament with an 11-6 overall record with a 5-3 mark in conference play. The Lions have lost two of its last three games following a four game winning streak. Lebanon Valley ended the regular season at 12-4 overall behind a 7-1 record in league action. The Dutchmen have won six straight games since losing to top seed Messiah on April 4
th.
Scouting the Lions: Albright ranks fourth in in the conference in goals per game with 12.8, and leads the conference with 32.7 shots per game. The defense is tied for second with 180 caused turnovers, and the Lions are second in the conference with 349 total ground balls. Junior

Kelly Baumann each rank in the top five in goals scored, while Baumann ranks in the top 10 for total points and assists. Freshman goalkeeper
Terae Mason ranks among the league leaders in goalie categories. She currently ranks second in the conference with a .533 save percentage and 10.76 saves per game, holds the fourth lowest GAA at 9.14, and is tied for first with 11 wins.
Lions in the Playoffs: Albright has made the MAC Commonwealth Tournament in four straight years and has made it to the semifinal round in three straight season. The Lions lone win in the tournament came in 2016 when they defeated Lycoming in the opening round game.
Scouting the Dutchmen: Lebanon Valley has allowed the second fewest goals in the conference at 136 and ranks second in goals per game with 13.8. The Dutchmen also rank second in the conference for points per game and assists per game. Junior Emma Jones is tied for fourth in the conference with 55 goals, while junior Makenzie Kelley is tied for fifth in the conference with 73 total points. Sophomore goalkeeper Leah Franklin leads the conference with a save percentage of .607 and has the third lowest GAA at 7.88, and Veronica Venezia was named 2018 MAC Commonwealth freshman of the year yesterday.
The Dutchmen in the Playoffs: Lebanon Valley has now made eight straight appearances in the MAC Commonwealth Tournament dating back to 2011, and has made the semifinal round in six times during that span.
Series: Since the Lions first season in program history in 2012, the Dutchmen have won six of the seven meetings against the Lions. This is the first time the teams will be squaring off in the MAC Commonwealth Tournament.
Last Meeting: The two teams faced each other on Saturday to conclude the regular season with the Dutchmen coming out on top, 12-8. The Lions held a 5-3 lead at halftime before the Dutchmen scored nine second half goals to secure home field advantage in the semifinal round.
Head Coaches: Jen Willis has posted a 63-56 record in seven seasons as the head coach of Albright since the program debuted in 2012. She has led the Lions to four double digit win seasons, and this is the fourth straight year that she has led the Lions to the MAC Commonwealth Tournament.
Jackie Dando has compiled a 69-40 record in six seasons as the head coach of Lebanon Valley. She has led the Dutchmen to the MAC Commonwealth Tournament in every season as head coach, and has won two ECAC Championships. She was named the 2018 MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year yesterday.
