After a scoreless first quarter, the Lions broke onto the scoreboard when senior quarterback Todd Shelley found junior wide receiver Lucas Roselli for a 17-yard touchdown completion. Albright held the lead at halftime following a Warriors missed field goal, but were out-scored 28-0 in the second half. Lycoming used a strong rushing attack to rally in the second half as they out-gained the Lions 233-103 on the ground. Albright managed just six first downs in the second half with three coming on one drive in the fourth quarter.

The Devils fell to King's on the road, 23-20. FDU-Florham struggled on offense throughout the contest and fell behind 23-0 early in the fourth quarter. The Devils offense finally came alive in the fourth quarter as they scored three touchdowns in a span of six minutes. The third touchdown of the quarter came with 1:11 left in regulation which gave FDU-Florham a chance to either tie or win the game. Unfortunately for the Devils, they sent an onside kick out of bounds with over a minute left and the Monarchs ran out the clock.

THE LAST MATCHUP
This will be the first meeting between the teams since the 2017 season due to the MAC football schedule format. The Lions rallied to defeat the Warriors on the road, 21-17. Lycoming jumped on the Lions early by taking a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Down 17-7 at half, Albright scored a pair of touchdowns to steal the win over the Warriors. Former Lion wide receiver Mike Jordan hauled in a pair of touchdown passes from quarterback Alec Vignola.
