ABOUT LEBANON VALLEY
The Dutchmen from Lebanon Valley come into today's game sporting a 5-4 overall record and a 5-3 MAC record. The Dutchmen are still hopeful their season will continue after Saturday's game. With a win over Albright, LVC will need a Stevenson loss against Eastern to qualify for the MAC-Centennial Bowl Series. A loss by LVC or a Stevenson win, will keep the Dutchmen out of the bowl series.
LVC lost last week to FDU-Florham 28-21 on their home turf. LVC is playing their fourth road game this afternoon and has a 2-1 record in their previous three road games this season. The Dutchmen started 2023 on fire going 4-1 in their first five games and have scuffled as of late losing their last three of four games.
The LVC offense is averaging 28.1 points per game, good for 3rd in the MAC. Braden Bohannon and Dion Bryant have both rushed for over 500 yards this season. The two Dutchmen are the only two teammates in the MAC this season that have rushed for over 500 yards. Bohannon is the do it all quarterback for the Dutchmen having rushed for 630 yards and has passed for 910 yards and six touchdowns this season.
The Dutchmen defense has been average this season giving up 22.0 points per game. Lebanon Valley has intercepted 12 passes this season, good for third in the MAC. LVC has nine players with at least one interception and three players with two interceptions. #13 Brent Moody is the one to watch in the Dutchmen secondary having totaled 15 tackles, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles, one interception and one fumble recovery.
