LANCASTER, Pa. – Men's soccer jumped back on the road as they move closer to the start of conference play. Following 90 minutes of play, the Lions dominated the Chargers on the road winning the match 3-0 for their third shutout win of the season.
Curren Shesniak got things started for the Lions with his first goal of the season coming in the 11
th minute of play.
Martin Ramsay picked up his second assist in as many games as part of the effort.
Joining Ramsay in the assist category were
Andrew Myers and
Jose Serrano.
Christian Bowles would go on to blow the game open for the Lions with two goals coming in the 37
th and 53
rd minutes. Through seven matches, Bowles now has his second multi-goal performance of the season and has scored in all but one of the team's matches this season.
Chris Denholm went a perfect six for six on saves in net to record his second 90-minute shutout of the season. The senior currently posts a 0.80 GA/AVG through six starts on the season.
Following tonight's victory the Lions are now 2-0 on the road and have outscored their opponents 8-1 in those two games.
