READING, Pa. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced on Tuesday afternoon their 2025-2026 All-District Teams.
Qadir Mitchell earned a spot on the All-District Team out of District V being placed on the Second Team.
The postseason accolades continue to stack up for
Qadir Mitchell, adding another national honor to his resume.
Within the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth Mitchell was named to the First Team and was a finalist for overall Player of the Year in the Commonwealth.
Today, the senior standout was named to the NABC All-District Team being placed on the Second Team. Mitchell was one of three players from the Commonwealth to be named to the team.
Mitchell had a fantastic senior season leading the Lions to a record setting season. The Lions won 12 games in a row for the first time in program history including qualifying for the playoffs in back-to-back seasons.
The senior Lion started 26 games this season averaging 21.7 points per game scoring 564 total points this season. On February 18 against Stevenson Mitchell recorded his 1000
th career point to become the 42
nd player in program history to achieve the career milestone. Mitchell ended his career with 1,065 points which ranks 36
th all-time.
