CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – In another tough non-conference match-up the Bulldogs of DeSales University handed Albright volleyball a 3-0 (25-14, 25-22, 25-15) non-conference loss Thursday evening in Billera Hall.
Proving to be the deciding factor behind the Bulldogs (13-13) win was their .315 hitting percentage which resulted in 42 kills on 108 attempts. In the three game match the Bulldogs were charged with just eight errors. For the Lions (8-16) they finished the night with .148 hitting percentage scoring 31 kills on 108 attempts.

Danielle Ozment# and #
Alyssa Hoogendoorn# combined for 17 kills on 53 attempts respectively. Defensively Ozment finished second on the team with 14 digs, while #
Casey McFadden# led the match with 17.
The Lions totaled 54 digs in the match and had four blocks. #
Lauren Higgins# tallied 24 assists, while her DeSales counterpart Justine McNulty recorded 31.
Volleyball returns to action on Saturday when they travel to Penn State Harrisburg for a noon non-conference match.
