The Albright College women's basketball team (6-18, 2-11 Commonwealth Conference) will wrap up their season on Saturday when they play host to the visiting Widener Pride (16-8, 9-4). As part of Saturday's contest, the Lions will honor seniors 
Jenny Knoebel and 
Crystal Cline.
Last Meeting
The two teams last met in Chester on Dec. 3. The Pride held the lead throughout the entire 40 minutes and came away with a 77-49 victory over the Lions. 
Vanessa Hejnas led Widener with 19 points in just 19 minutes of action, while the Lions were paced by 12 points each from freshmen guards 
Jessica Venturelli and Tara Sabotchik.
Albright (6-18, 2-11)
The Lions took the season sweep of visiting Arcadia with a 71-61 victory on Tuesday evening over the Knights. Sabotchik led all scorers with 17 points on 8-for-13 shooting. She dropped in 15 points before halftime to help create a 34-27 advantage at the break. Three other Lions were in double-figures: 
Jessica Venturelli (11 points) 
Jenny Knoebel (10 points) and 
Meghan Boyle (14 points and 14 rebounds).
Knoebel, a starter for all 24 games this season, is at the top of nearly every statistical category for the Lions. She is the only Lion to average double figures in scoring with 10.6 points per game. She also leads the team in three-pointers made (39), blocks (21) and steals (36), and is second in rebounds (141) and assists (63).
Venturelli and Boyle have also started every game this season. Venturelli is second on the team in scoring at 9.4 points per game, while Boyle has averaged 9 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
Widener (16-8, 9-4)
The Pride remain two games behind Messiah (20-4, 11-2 CC) for second place in the league. Widener is coming off a stunning 65-54 victory over #15 Lebanon Valley College on Tuesday. Junior guard 
Kate Dellinger led the Pride with 20 points, 10 rebounds and five three-pointers.
Dellinger leads Widener in scoring and rebounding this season with 14.5 points per game and 7.4 rebounds. Hejnas and 
Joanna Persiano (10.7 ppg each), and 
Lil Carney (8.9 ppg, 89 assists) are other top contributors for the Pride.
 Senior Day
Albright's two seniors, 
Jenny Knoebel and 
Crystal Cline, will be honored prior to Saturday's game.
Knoebel has appeared in 84 contests over four years for Albright. In her first year as a starter, she has helped guide an extremely young Lions squad. She has put forth a tremendous all-around effort this season, as evidenced by the fact that she is near the top of every major statistical category for Albright. Over four years, the senior guard has poured in 507 points to go along with 252 rebounds, 123 assists, 89 steals and 40 blocks.
Cline, a three-year member of the women's basketball team, has appeared in 25 games off the bench and registered 20 points. This season, she has appeared in 12 games while grabbing 11 rebounds.
