YORK, Pa. – Laurel Gingrich was the lone Lion in action on Sunday at the 2024 MAC women's Swimming Championships. Gingrich wrapped up the championships in the 100-yard freestyle finishing in 16^th with a time of 57.50.

Gingrich enjoyed a fantastic 2024 MAC Swimming Championships claiming two gold medals.

Gingrich was a repeat champion in the 200-yard freestyle winning the event in 2023 and in 2024. Gingirch's time of 1:56.23 in the event was .05 seconds faster than the second-place finisher.

On Thursday night (Nov. 15) Gingrich started the championships with a bang winning the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.25. Overall Gingrich scored 75 individual points throughout the four days of competition.

Stuhltrager finished on the podium in two of her three events during the weekend. Stuhltrager begun the championships on Thursday night (Feb. 15) with a 7^th place finish in the 200 IM with a time of 2:17.58.

Stuhltrager followed up that performance with her second podium finish in the 100-yard butterfly on Friday night (Feb. 16). Stuhltrager finished the 2024 MAC Championships scoring 46 individual points.
