NEWTOWN, Pa. – Nadia Margaritov was named Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth women's tennis Player of the Week. The achievement is the first time Margaritov has been named Player of the Week in her just beginning Albright career.

This past weekend the women's tennis team went 10-0 in the Ursinus Invitational competing against Alvernia and Ursinus.

Margaritova did not drop a single set all afternoon during singles winning 8-0 in both matches.

In doubles, Margaritova was paired with Daniela Diez in doubles and took care of business winning their match 8-6.

The Lions return to action tomorrow afternoon against Division II West Chester. The match is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. from West Chester.
