ABOUT ALBRIGHT
The Lions are coming off a 15-14 loss at the hands of Misericordia in a game that was decided in the final moments for the second time this season. The Pride leads the series 6-4 over the last 10 match ups.

As the midway point of the season approaches, the Lions remain at the top of the conference in many offensive statistics including being tied for first in offensive touchdowns (15) and points per game (27.3). Chase Roberts continues to lead the MAC in passing and efficiency rating (147.1) among qualifying quarterbacks and will look to eclipse 1,000 passing yards this week (987). Logan Rothberg is tied for third in MAC receiving yards (331) while Kadan Smith sits at the number five in rushing yards with 282.

The Lions' defense has dominated the trenches all season resulting in the fewest rushing yards allowed (249) and is continuing to disrupt the passing game and currently sits tied for second in the MAC with 16 sacks. Daunte Morrison and Jaylan Atkinson are continuing their strong seasons and each rank in the top eight in the conference for tackles. Juan DeJesus leads all MAC players with five pass breakups.

ABOUT WIDENER
Widener is led by Mike Barainyak, who is in the midst of his eighth season with the Pride and 16th year in coaching. Each of Widener's contests this season have been decided by one possession as the Pride are coming off a 18-13 loss to King's.

The Pride's offense has slightly favored the run so far this season and have recorded 398 net yards through four games. Michael Turner can be expected to be one of, if not the, focal points of the game averaging 13 touches per game. Widener has rotated quarterbacks throughout the season with Corey Schock listed as the expected starter for Saturday's game. Jaelen Richardson leads the Pride with 155 receiving yards and the team's lone score through the air this season.

Despite their offensive struggles, the Pride have proven to be competitive in each of their games thanks to the play of their defense this season. Aaron Marbury commands Widener's defensive line with 5.5 tackles for loss and five sacks across four games this season. Luke Shaeffer has been a nightmare for quarterbacks so far this season with four of Widener's MAC leading seven interceptions this season.
